Evelyn Frances Parker

   Funeral Services for Frances Parker, 89, will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt- McKenzie Funeral Home. Interment will be at Davidson Chapel Cemetery, Trenton, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at and on Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until service time.     Mrs. Parker died Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Oak Manor Health Care Ctr. She worked for Brown Shoe Co. and then decided to purchase Dixie Coffee Cup which became the Shannon Lee Restaurant & Motel, during her retirement years she was co owner of Magnolia Trailer Park.  She was born on June 26, 1926 in Brazil, TN to Jessie I. and Grace Shelton Petty. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s Joe Frank Hayes and J.D. Parker, two sisters Katie Baker and Freda Rogers and two brothers Jessie Petty, Jr and James Petty.     Survivors include her son Richard Hayes of McKenzie, two sisters June Cathey of Trenton and Doris Savers of McKenzie, three grandchildren Shanon Riordan, Leigh Ann Miskit and Kevin Hayes and six great-grandchildren Blake Flowers, Jessica Riordan, Cameron Riordan, Ashton Riordan, Jacob Belew and Ashley Hayes.
