Patricia Ann Chadwick

   Funeral Services for Patricia A. Chadwick will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Brother Dennis Trull will officiate. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Decaturville, TN. Visitation will be Monday, December 21, 2015, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until service time.   Ms. Chadwick,67, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at St. Thomas Hospital West, Nashville,TN. She was retired from Milan Arsenal and is a member of First Baptist Church. She was born April 19, 1948 in Decaturville, TN to the late Raymond and Pauline Britt.   She is survived by a daughter Lisa Chadwick Solinger of McKenzie, a sister Sherry (John) Lotito of Batavia, IL, two grandchildren Kayla Boaz and Stefan Solinger and a dear friend Jim Chadwick.
