Helen Lorene Webb

 Dateline: McLemoresville, Tennessee   Services for Helen Lorene Webb, 98, will be held Friday, January 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the McLemoresville First United Methodist Church with Reverend Don Williams officiating.  Interment will follow at McLemoresville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home in Trezevant and Friday, January 29, 2016 from 10:00 am until service time at the Methodist Church in McLemoresville.  Mrs. Webb, a Homemaker, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at her residence in McLemoresville.  She was born on August 29, 1917 in Greenfield, Tennessee to John Mac and Dora Cantrell Grier. She was a member of McLemoresville First United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and Home Demonstration Club.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas Edward Webb who died in 1981, a son in law Bobby Vinson, two sisters Marie Grier and Maggie Lee Scott, three brothers Freddy Lee Grier, Willie Thomas Grier, and Joseph J. Grier.    Survivors include two Virginia (Eddie) Schwettman of Murray, KY and Janice Vinson of McLemoresville, TN, four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.    Memorials may be made to McLemoresville United Methodist Church or to the McLemoresville Cemetery Fund.   Brummitt Funeral Home in Trezevant is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 669-3871 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
