Sharon Rayburn Burnett

Dateline: Hollow Rock, Tennessee   Visitation for Sharon Rayburn Burnett, 69, will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017 starting at 12 noon until 3:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home.  Ms. Burnett’s wishes were to be cremated after her death.  She died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at her residence in Hollow Rock.  She was born on May 7, 1948 in Fredericksburg, Virginia to William and Irene Collins Rayburn. Before becoming disable, Ms. Burnett had been working as a manager at Krispy Kreme Donut in Knoxville, TN.  She was preceded in death by her father, and three brothers Larry Dale Rayburn, Kenneth Rayburn, and Tommy Rayburn.    Survivors include her two daughters Renee Verner and Mandy Gammill both of Hollow Rock, a son Travis (Christy) Burnett of Maynardville, TN, her mother Irene Rayburn of Tiptonville, TN, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.    Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
