Kimberly Renae Cook

  Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee   Kimberly Renae Cook, 40, a stay at home mom, died Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Milan General Hospital in Milan from results of an accident.  A memorial service is being planned for a later time and it was her wish to be cremated.  She was born on August 26, 1977 in Memphis, TN to Larry and Lenora Mayo Scott.  She was preceded in death by her mother Lenora Mayo Scott and her husband Charles Cook.    Survivors include two daughters Terri (Mark) Abbott of Dyer, TN, Caitlin D. (Robert Falkinburg) Cook of McKenzie, a son Charles Dakota (Ashley Barlow) Cook of McKenzie, her father Larry and step-mother Joyce Scott of Gleason her sisters Katrina Shaw, Anita Hollis, and Helen Flatt,  two brothers Michael Scott and James (Sherry) Moore, and two granddaughters Madalyn Cook and Addyson Abbott.    Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
