Bobby Gene Mann

Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee   Services for Brother Bobby Gene Mann, 83, will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Jimmy Fowler officiating.  Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery near where he grew up as a child.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, June 22, 2018 from 10:00 am until service time.  Bro. Mann, a maintenance man at the former KECO Milling Company later to be known as known as Martha White Milling Company and retired Baptist Minister ministering at Concord Baptist Church for several of his 22 years as a minister, died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on February 23, 1935 in McKenzie, TN to Raymond and Nellie Milton Mann. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in McKenzie.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Melvin Mann and Kenny Mann.    Survivors include his wife of 57 years Bobbi Lou Moore Mann of McKenzie, two daughters Teresa Lynn (Ronald) Shell and Mistee La?? Dawn (Mike) Millsap all of McKenzie, his sister Alice (Gene) Landeros of Covington, TN, his brother Roy (Gail) Mann of Newbern, TN, six grandchildren: Dustin Shell, Brittnie Shell, Chad (Lauren) Shell, Keegan Millsap, Kinley Millsap, Cody (Jordyn) Millsap, five great grandchildren with one on the way.   Pallbearers who will be serving are Dustin Shell, Chad Shell, Keegan Millsap, Cody Millsap, Mike Mann, and Joshua Landeros.    Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
