Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee   Services for Bobby Lee Cook, 88, will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Kenny Carr officiating.  Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, July 13, 2018 from 11:00 am until service time.  Mr. Cook, a former plant manager of Keco Milling Company, later to be known as Martha White Foods, Windy Hill Animal Products and Doane Pet Care all once located in McKenzie, died Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on March 19, 1930 in Greenfield, Tennessee to Johnny B. and Mary “Mamie” Katherine Stem Cook. He was a member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church, a Korean War U S Army Veteran, and a member of the American Legion.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Lauzette Cook Pryor, two brothers James Cook and Larry Cook.    Survivors include his wife of 66 years Betty Jean Mitchell Cook, two daughters Carol (David) Crocker and Teresa (Lee) Jones, a son Don L. (Alice) Cook all of McKenzie, a brother Stanley Cook of Huntingdon, four grandchildren Derek (Trista) Jones, Chris (Mandy) Cook, Amber Jones, Josh (Courtney) Crocker, five great grandchildren Coleson Cook, Aden Cook, Cooper Jones, Sawyer Jones and Penny Jones.   Pallbearers who will be serving are Josh Crocker, Chris Cook, Derek Jones, Brian Cook, Marty Townes and Justin Cook, honorary pallbearers will be Greg Cook, Durante Pryor and Russell Pryor.   Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
