Dateline Big Sandy, TN   Funeral Services for Reverend Cletis Wray Forrest is Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Interment is at Pleasant Green Cemetery, Bradford, TN. Brother William Gray is officiant. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday 11:00 a.m. until service time.   Mr. Forrest a retired truck driver and the minister of Maranatha Baptist Church, Dover, TN died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at his residence. He was born in McKenzie on May 9, 1941 to Alfred and Ovellon Grissom Forrest. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patsy Baker Forrest, a sister Barbara Harville and two brothers Alfred Forrest Jr and John David Forrest.   He is survived by two daughters Cathy Bucy of Big Sandy and Carmen (Tim) Ratteree of Dallas, GA, a son David (Tammy) Forrest of McKenzie, two sisters Betty (Paul) Vawter of Madison and Brenda (Leroy) Haddock of McKenzie and a brother Ricky (Karen) Forrest of Trezevant, eleven grandchildren Adam Hugueley, Jeffrey Forrest, Chaunta Morales, John Forrest, Justin Bucy, Tasha Bucy, Samantha Poore, Brianna Robertson, Brittany Cook, Erica Foley and Tangela Cross and eighteen great-grandchildren.
